Although it was good to hear about the VIT registration, not too much was learnt. however it was a good end to a great semester which taught me many things and gave me a lot to ponder in the future. Professonal standards were looked at as well as VIT (not that much info), PoLT, staff Code of Conduct and Duty of Care, different types of Assessment &amp; Reporting, the 4 e's and not to forget who the Ideal Teacher is.<br \/>\n\u2022 Someone who listens to what I have to say<br \/>\n\u2022 Someone who bothers to get to know me<br \/>\n\u2022 Someone who doesn\u2019t yell at me<br \/>\n\u2022 Someone who understands my feelings<br \/>\n\u2022 Someone who praises my efforts<br \/>\n\u2022 Someone who talks to me in the yard<br \/>\n\u2022 Someone who wants me to do my best<br \/>\n\u2022 Someone who keeps our classroom interesting so that I want to learn new things<br \/>\n\u2022 Someone who encourages me to work with others &amp; share ideas<br \/>\n\u2022 Someone who believes in me<br \/>\n\u2022 Someone who gets me to think about my learning....<br \/>\n<br \/>\nAll and all this was a great lecture.
